Justin Bieber Denies Sexual Assault Allegations

Justin Bieber is fighting back against what he claims is a ‘false story’ about him being involved in a sexual assault in 2014. The 26-year-old musician took to social media and in a series of tweets, denied the claims he was involved in any way.

“In the past 24 hours a new Twitter appeared that told a story of myself involved with sexual abuse on March 9, 2014 in Austin Texas at the Four seasons hotel,” said Bieber. “I want to be clear. There is no truth to this story. In fact as I will soon show I was never present at that location.”

He continued, “As her story told I did surprise a crowd in Austin at Sxsw where I appeared on stage with my then assistant side stage and sang a few songs. What this person did not know was that I attended that show with my then gf Selena Gomez.” Justin backed up his statement by posting several stories about him being with Gomez, who he was dating and was with at the event.

TikTok Users, K-Pop Fans Said To Be Behind False Registration For Trump Tulsa Rally

Tik-Tok users and K-Pop fans are said to be behind the small turnout at President Donald Trump’s first campaign rally in months. Mr Trump’s campaign manager had blamed “radical” protesters and the media, but political strategists say that teenagers across the US ordered tickets without intending to turn up to ensure there would be empty seats.

The campaign had reported at least one million ticket requests for the event and anticipated large crowds, but the 19,000-seat arena at at Tulsa’s Bank of Oklahoma Center was far from full and plans for him to address an outside “overflow” area were abandoned.

It is unclear how many of the hundreds of thousands of ticket reservations touted by the Trump campaign were fake, but one TikTok video encouraging people to sign up for free tickets to ensure there would be empty seats at the arena has received more than 700,000 likes.

Three Stabbed To Death In Park Outside London Considered “Terrorist Incident”

Authorities said that three people who were stabbed to death at a park in a town just outside London is considered a “terrorist incident;” three others were left seriously injured in the attack.

The attack took place in Forbury Gardens, a public park in Reading, a large town around 40 miles west of London. The park was full of groups sitting on the grass when “one lone person walked through and “suddenly shouted some unintelligible words and went around a large group of around 10, trying to stab them.” Shortly after the incident, a 25-year-old man from Reading was arrested on suspicion of murder, police said, adding that they were not looking for any other suspects. The man’s name was not released. The stabbing was later declared a “terrorist incident.”

U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson tweeted that his thoughts were with those affected by the attack, adding Sunday that he was “appalled and sickened that people should lose their lives in this way.”

Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott To Sign Franchise Tag

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott will sign his exclusive franchise tender today, Monday June 22nd.  The franchise tag means Prescott will be obligated to report to training camp on time, whether he and the Cowboys have agreed to a contract extension or not. The sides have until July 15 to come to terms on a long-term extension; if they can’t reach an agreement, Prescott will make $31.4 million in 2020, after which he will either become a free agent, sign an extension with the Cowboys next summer, or be placed under the franchise tag a second time. If the third option happens, Prescott would make $37.7 million in 2021.

Prescott has started all 67 regular season and postseason games the Cowboys have played in his four years in the NFL, going 40-24 and twice reaching the playoffs.

Ansel Elgort Responds to Sexual Assault Allegation, Says the Relationship Was Consensual

Ansel Elgort has responded to allegations that he sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl back in 2014. The 26-year-old actor took to Instagram to release a statement after a girl named Gabby alleged on Twitter that he assaulted her.

“I was distressed to see the social media posts about me that have been circulating in the past 24 hours,” Ansel wrote. “I cannot claim to understand Gabby’s feelings but her description of events is simply not what happened. I have never and would never assault anyone.” The day before, Gabby detailed an alleged situation that occurred after meeting Ansel online. The account where the story was posted has now been deleted.

Ansel continued to share his side of his relationship with Gabby, saying that it was “entirely consensual,” and concluded: “As I look back at my attitude, I am disgusted and deeply ashamed of the way I acted. I am truly sorry. I know I must continue to reflect, learn, and work to grow in empathy.”
