Also, other than the fact that I like Trump hotels and the saxophones in the lobby.” He also criticizes Trump’s recent actions, seemingly in relation to the Black Lives Matter protests. Bug While he’s not supporting Trump any longer, West said, “Trump is the closest president we’ve had in years to allowing God to still be part of the conversation.”

Scorpions Drummer Mikkey Dee Shares Details Of His Recovery From Coronavirus

Mikkey Dee, the current drummer of Scorpions and formerly of Motörhead, has confirmed that he contracted coronavirus back in April, and has thankfully “fully recovered”.

Dee took to Instagram to clarify his health, after Dokken frontman (and former bandmate) Don Dokken said Mikkey was “sick as a dog” and had lost “35 pounds” having contracted COVID-19 in Australia with his wife. Dee clarified that this was not quite the case, telling fans that “the virus was contracted in Sweden”, and he actually lost 15 pounds. But since mid-April he has been absolutely fan, feeling the effects of coronavirus for “about one month.”

Said Dee on Instagram: “I just want to set some rumours straight regarding Don Dokken’s statement about my corona situation. I did get corona and was sick for about one month. I am now fully recovered since mid April. I was already playing hockey and drums by the end of April. Unfortunately my good friend Don got some info wrong. I did not get corona in Australia, the virus was contracted in Sweden. I did not loose 35 pounds, I lost 15 pounds.

“But as I just mentioned, I am now fully recovered and have [registered] antibodies so that feels great. I can’t wait for things to go back to normal so we can hit the road again. Thank you guys for caring and my heart goes out to each and everyone affected by the current situation our world is in.”

PGA Pro Sean Fredrickson And His 3 Children Among Passengers Killed In Idaho Plane Crash

PGA golf pro Sean Fredrickson, his son Hayden Fredrickson and his stepchildren Sofia and Quinn Olsen were among those who were killed on Sunday after two planes collided and fell into a lake in Idaho. The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office confirmed in a press release on Tuesday that two planes crashed into each other above the lake around 2:20 p.m. on Sunday. Multiple units and the U.S. Coast Guard responded to the scene, though the sheriff’s office’s sonar team eventually located both planes at about 127 feet and recovered two victims’ bodies from the water.

A third victim was later recovered by dive teams and the location of two additional victims had been determined on Monday, with technical divers expected to begin recovery efforts for their bodies, Sheriff’s Lt. Ryan Higgins announced during a press conference. Higgins also said that one of the aircraft involved was a charter plane operated by Brooks Seaplane and a pilot and five passengers — four of whom were related — were aboard, while the other plane was a Cessna 206G registered to Lewiston, Idaho

Officials have not yet formally released the identities of the victims, but believe there was a total of eight passengers and crew involved and that none survived. The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board are currently investigating the crash.

Joe Biden Wins New Jersey, Delaware Primaries In Landslide Victory

Presumptive Democratic Presidential nominee Joe Biden won primaries in New Jersey and Delaware on Tuesday. Both states had postponed their elections from their original scheduled dates due to COVID-19.

Biden received 88.5 percent of the vote in New Jersey with 2 percent of precincts reporting, according to the Associated Press. In Delaware, Biden’s home state, Biden received 90.4 percent of the vote with less than 1 percent of precincts reporting. Delaware will allocate 21 pledged delegates while New Jersey will allocate 126 delegates. Biden has already received 2,144 delegates during the 2020 primaries. A candidate only needs 1,991 delegates in order to qualify to win the party nomination.

Although Biden is the only Democrat left in the Presidential race, the names of former candidates remain on the ballot. In New Jersey, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders garnered 11.5 percent of the vote. Sanders only received 6.5 percent of the votes in the Delaware primary.

Ryder Cup To Be Postponed Until 2021 Due To Coronavirus Pandemic

The PGA of America is electing to postpone the Ryder Cup until 2021, in light of coronavirus cases spiking around the country\

The 43rd Ryder Cup matches were originally scheduled to take place Sept. 25-27 at Whistling Straits in Sheboygan, Wisc., and the location and time frame of the event will remain the same next year. As a result of the Ryder Cup’s impending postponement, the Presidents Cup, originally set to run in Sept. 30- Oct. 3, 2021 at Quail Hollow in Charlotte, N.C., will move to 2022.  This year’s Ryder Cup will take that window, and the next Ryder Cup — scheduled from Sept. 30 through Oct. 2, 2022, in Rome — will be pushed back to 2023.

The Ryder Cup features 12-person teams from the United States and Europe. The last time the event was postponed came in 2001 following the terrorist attacks in New York City on Sept. 11. The Ryder Cup — which began in 1927 and is played every other year — was outright canceled in 1939, 1941, 1943 and 1945 due to World War II.

Washington Wizards’ Bradley Beal Out Of NBA Restart Due To Shoulder Injury

The Washington Wizards announced on Tuesday that guard Bradley Beal will not play in the NBA’s restart this month because of a right rotator cuff injury. The Wizards said the 27-year-old had experienced shoulder discomfort since early this season, but the guard’s injury worsened during the league’s hiatus that began in March due to the coronavirus pandemic. Beal won’t travel with the team to Orlando, Fla., and will continue his rehabilitation over the summer. He isn’t expected to require surgery on his shoulder.

Wizards general manager Tommy Sheppard said in a statement Tuesday: “Bradley did everything possible to be ready to play, but after closely monitoring his individual workouts we came to the conclusion that it was best for him to sit out the upcoming games in Orlando and avoid the risk of further injury.”

Beal averaged a career-best 30.5 points and 6.1 assists per game this season. He became only the sixth player in league history to record back-to-back 50-point games when he scored 53 against the Chicago Bulls on Feb. 23 and 55 versus the Milwaukee Bucks on Feb. 24.
