Ernest to release debut album ‘Flower Shops (The Album)’ on March 11th

ERNEST will release his debut full-length album, called ‘Flower Shops (The Album)’, on March 11th. The 11-track project was entirely co-written by ERNEST, including the album’s title track featuring Morgan Wallen.

ERNEST said, “It’s a very good feeling to have this body of work ready to share with the world. This album came together organically over the course of a year or so. It feels like there’s a shift happening in country music and the people want to hear more honesty in songs, and with honesty comes pain – sometimes we need to feel that too. I hope this project provides a little sepia tone world for the listener to escape to and go on a journey of their own…feeling everything from love to lost. This is FLOWER SHOPS.”

ERNEST is currently on the road supporting Chris Lane’s Fill Them Boots Tour.  He will also perform for his hometown crowd at back-to-back sold-out shows headlining Nashville’s famed Exit/In on March 21st & 22nd.  ERNEST was also just announced as a performer alongside Eric Church and Morgan Wallen on the ‘One Hell Of A Night’ Stadium Show, to be held on June 11th at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Dolly Parton is partnering with FOX Entertainment’s Blockchain Creative Labs (BCL) to launch “Dollyverse”, an ‘audience-centric Web3 experience’ at South by Southwest (‘SXSW’).

Parton is releasing her novel “Run, Rose, Run” that she co-wrote with James Patterson, on March 7.  The country legend will make her first appearance at SXSW on March 18, when she and Patterson speak about the book and its accompanying album at Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater.  Parton will perform songs from “Run, Rose, Run” and a few of her hits after the book chat concludes, which will be moderated by actress Connie Britton. Dollyverse will release a collection of official and certified Dolly NFT collectibles for purchase during and after SXSW.  Those attending Parton’s performance can claim a free NFT, and those streaming the event will receive tokens authenticating their participation. Parton said in a statement:  “There’s almost nothing more important to me than connecting with my fans. And I’m almost always up for trying something new and different. I am so excited and grateful to be inducted into the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame this Fall.”
